SIERRA LEONE ON RED ALERT FOR WOMAN WITH EBOLA

Radio stations around Freetown, Sierra Leone have launched a campaign to help hunt down a woman with Ebola who was forcibly removed from hospital by her relatives. Authorities are appealing for help to find the 32-year-old who is being described as a "risk to all". She is the first Freetown resident to have tested positive for the virus. Since February, 660 people have died of Ebola in three West African states - the world deadliest outbreak to date.

Africans will always be Africans. The authorities need to send out more word to sensitize the people. Carriers are better off in specialist facilities to ensure better chances at containing the spread of this deadly virus.
